Open to all intermediate and advanced dancers ages 16+

Led by Didy Veldman, this class will focus on a mixture of contemporary techniques, warming up the body slowly by incorporating floor work, and structural exercises. Participants will experience a grounded movement language which utilizes the breath and natural flow of the body while focusing on body and spatial awareness and transfer of weight.

Please wear comfortable clothes to move in. Participants welcomed to dance in socks or barefoot.

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged online or call 413.243.9919 x166. Pre-registration opens at 9am on Monday the week of class. Walk-ups are accommodated as space permits. Quiet observation welcome unless noted otherwise.

All participants require a signed liability/media release waiver. Participants younger than 18 require a parent/guardian signature. Liability/media release waiver can be completed online when you pre-register or by downloading a hard copy.
