Parks & Camping
From being host to over 70 miles of trails and a mountain the size of some of northern New England’s largest at 3,489ft., Mount Greylock State Reservation is just one of a plethora of expansive state parks in the Berkshires region. The Trustees of Reservations, the Berkshires Natural Resource Council (BNRC) and many municipalities are host of a multitude of equally valued sites including the iconic hiking destination at Monument Mountain. Camping opportunities are largely found exclusively within the state parks and due to high demand, reservations are highly recommended.
