For everyone.
The CoreWalking Program provides pain relief, healing, and techniques for aging gracefully. Using simple adjustments to the way you walk, stand, sit, and exercise—CoreWalking can have life-changing results. It offers specific bodywork tools that you can easily integrate into your daily routine to reverse whatever has been holding you back from your fullest life.
This program is for people who suffer from any kind of pain, from discomfort to chronic, whether you deal with the impact of poor posture and alignment due to injuries, repetitive stress, excessive driving, and/or sedentary work, or struggle with sleep difficulties. Come learn to incorporate these movement techniques into every facet of your life, even while you sleep.
With humor and a down-to-earth style, Jonathan Fitzgordon tailors the CoreWalking approach to different needs, including people with sports injuries, women and men ages 45 to 65+ who are recovering from injuries, have undergone surgery, and/or want to avoid surgery, and those looking to help others find a way out of pain.
Each day of the this program includes a morning yoga practice for all levels and an afternoon session on a range of topics, including an outdoor hiking workshop, Jonathan’s acclaimed Psoas Release Party, and ways to apply the techniques you learn here to a real-world setting.
Come learn how you can use CoreWalking to relieve pain, enjoy deep sleep, age in a body that supports you, and return home with tools to last a lifetime.
