Meet us in the Stable (the barn next to the ticket booth) where team scholar Jeffrey Lawrence will lead a *heated* discussion of this iconic Berkshire novella: The young Charity Royall (born in the hills but adopted by an older couple in town) falls in love with the New York-based Lucius Harney, an architect in town for the summer (some things never change...).

Then stick around for jazz night, featuring The Jon Suters & Charlie Tokarz Quartet! Admission to jazz night, The Mount, and grounds are *free* for all Mastheads attendees.

You can pick up a copy of Summer at The Berkshire Athenaeum or your local used bookstore, but don't worry, we'll have extras just in case :)
