Strength & Cardio Series (5-Week Series) w/ Thomas Davis

Join certified personal trainer, Thomas Davis, for a 5-week Strength & Cardio training program held every Thursday from 4:00-5:00pm and Saturday from 7:45-8:45am, from August 1st - August 31st.
This hour long workout will focus on intense isolation exercises with free weights and resistance, quick bouts of cardio in between, and end with abdominal strengthening. The class design of high volume (reps) and low resistance (weight) with short rest intervals is geared primarily at increasing muscle tone and definition, while also improving cardiovascular fitness. All-Levels encouraged and welcome to attend.

About the Instructor:
Thomas Davis (Personal Trainer): Thomas is an ACE certified personal trainer and U.S. Navy Veteran. He is an avid runner and has been practicing yoga for 8 years. He attributes his yoga practice to helping him learn more about his own body, both limitations and strengths. This exploration has led him down the path to personal training. Personal training has become his passion as it allows him to help others find their healthy and fit selves. Thomas would like to help show you how to have a healthy life without pain or muscle aches caused by an imbalance or tight muscles. Through his group fitness classes he will take the intimidation out of exercise and make it fun. If you’d like a more specialized approach to fitness, he’ll be holding one-on-one sessions for a personalized fitness assessment, followed by a specialized fitness program for your unique needs and goals.
Thomas is the father to a very active and athletic teenage son and can be found on the turf in the summer playing for the Pittsfield Green, an over 40 soccer club in the Berkshires. He is also an avid gardener and seasonal landscaper. He is First Aid certified and CPR/AED certified. He is currently obtaining his: ACE Fitness Nutritionist Specialist and FITOUR Group Fitness Instructor certifications.
