Restorative Yoga with Massage

Indulge in the ultimate self-care experience combining restorative yoga with massage. Shannon will lead you through comfortable yoga postures and our Licensed Massage Therapists will guide you deeper into relaxation with massage. In each posture the massage will be focused on a different area such as the ankles/feet, hands/wrists or neck/shoulders. All postures will be supported with bolsters, blankets and blocks allowing for maximum comfort while you enjoy a relaxing evening of massage.

Be sure to pre-register as space is very limited to allow ample massage time for each student.
