Join artist Danny O to make your own puppet using unexpected household items and recycled materials, and then bring it to life on the virtual stage! Construct your puppet with its own unique style and personality, and then work with fellow artists to develop your puppet's personality and even write a silly and creative mad-lib play.
Materials:
Random stuff from the recycling bin (boxes, egg cartons, bottles, bottle caps, paper tubes, etc.)
Scissors
Liquid school glue or tacky glue
Tape (scotch, masking, duct, etc.)
Hot glue gun with parent supervision (optional)
Yarn, string, ribbon (optional odds and ends!)
Anything else you can find — Danny O will inspire students to use what they have access to and turn anything into their puppet creation!
