Physics of Fun Camp@Home

From your favorite toy to favorite sport, physics is everywhere — and it’s fun! Gain engineering skills as you try your designs and modify them to be even greater!

Explore, test, and build different contraptions while learning the science that makes them work in this week-long virtual science camp for children entering grades 1 and 2.

YOUR CAMP@HOME INCLUDES:

- 5 days of activities designed to educate and entertain children entering grades 1 and 2 this fall

- Printed worksheets and activity instructions

- Video lessons

- Drop-in hangout sessions with your fellow physicists

- Live helpline hours

- Camp@Home Kit includes all of the materials needed to create and test: Paper airplanes, catapults, paper roller coasters, balloon cars, parachutes, and more!

REGISTRATION

Our week-long Physics of Fun Camp@Home is $90/camper and $75/camper for museum members.

Registration must be received 4 days before the start of each Camp@Home. Registration includes a $15 non-refundable administrative fee. Partial refunds (minus the administrative fee) are available for cancellations up to the close of registration (4 days before the start of camp). No refunds will be given within 4 days of the first day of camp.

Camp@Home Kits may be picked up at the museum on the Friday or Saturday prior to the first day of camp.
