Join in on the beautiful grounds of Balderdash Cellars for outdoor fitness and wine! Take in the scenery as you stretch, flow, and sculpt.
PiYo (Pilates Yoga fusion) is a low-impact fitness class great for all ages and ability levels. PiYo combines the body weight strength training and lengthening aspects of Pilates with the stretching elements and dynamic, flowing sequences of yoga to tone your muscles and increase your flexibility. Modifications are available for all moves to accommodate your personal level.
At the end of class, leave your mat feeling great and ready to enjoy the delicious wine that Balderdash Cellars has to offer!
Participants will need to bring their own mat, towel (optional), and water for this class. Masks will be required when you arrive, during check-in, and as you leave the class (per Massachusetts COVID-19 regulations). Mats will be placed to follow appropriate social distancing practices. Please note, mats will not be provided.
Advanced registration is required and can be completed on the Balderdash Cellars website Space is limited! The cost is $20 per person and includes the ~1hr PiYo fitness class, a glass of wine/beer after class, and tip for the waitstaff. All participants will need to complete the electronic waiver once they have registered prior to the class. This event is limited to participants ages 21 and older.
