Delve into the world of archaeology and discover the techniques and technology used to uncover the past in this week-long virtual summer camp for children entering grades 1 and 2.
Sharpen your skills as we explore this multidisciplinary field and learn more about the history of civilizations from all over the world! This camp features archaeological activities that focus on the Indigenous peoples of the Northeastern Woodlands, the Greek and roman world, the Mayan cities of the Yucatan, the many kingdoms of Ancient Egypt, and the historic dynasties of China.
YOUR CAMP@HOME INCLUDES:
- 5 days of activities designed to educate and entertain children entering grades 1 and 2 this fall

- Drop-in hangout sessions with your fellow archaeologists
- Live helpline hours
- Camp@Home Kit including everything you need to explore cultures from around the world.
Camp@Home Kits may be picked up at the museum on the Friday or Saturday prior to the first day of camp.
REGISTRATION:
Our week-long Junior Archaeologists Camp@Home is $90/camper and $75/camper for museum members.
Registration must be received 4 days before the start of each Camp@Home. Registration includes a $15 non-refundable administrative fee. Partial refunds (minus the administrative fee) are available for cancellations up to the close of registration (4 days before the start of camp). No refunds will be given within 4 days of the first day of camp.
