Judgment Detox Workshop at Kripalu

For everyone.

Find your way back to true healing and oneness in a clear, proactive, step-by-step program eliminate the tendency to judge yourself and others. Judgment—both being judged and judging others—is the core of our discomfort. While it is powerful, judgment isn’t complicated. It’s simply separation from oneness. The moment you see yourself as separate, you detour into a false belief system that is out of alignment with your true nature. That separation, often a reflection of insecurities projected onto others, keeps you feeling alienated and alone.

Gabrielle Bernstein is a featured “next-generation thought leader” on Oprah Winfrey’s Super Soul Sunday and a #1 New York Times best-selling author. In this program, she offers an interactive process that calls on spiritual principles from A Course in Miracles, Kundalini Yoga, meditation, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and metaphysical teachings, allowing you to release the beliefs that hold you back from living a better life. Gabby has demystified these principles, making them easy to apply, and boiling them down into these six steps:

- Witness your judgment without judgment

- Honor the wound

- Put love on the altar

- See for the first time

- Cut the cords

- Bring your shadows to light.

Follow these steps to clear blocks, spread more love, connect deeply with others, and live a miraculous life.
