This class will explore both the lost wax method and fabrication techniques to rings, pendants, brooches, and other forms of wearable art in metal. Traditional tools and their uses are covered in depth. Layout, sawing, soldering, forming, surface texturing, simple stone setting, and finishing are examined. Appropriate for begining and intermedia students!
