On the First Friday of every month, teens can come try a unique and fun artistic technique for FREE!
Jan. 4th - COMICS & GRAPHIC NOVELS
Through drawing games and exercises we’ll learn to tell stories in pictures as we explore the art of narrative drawing. From character design, to plot & story development, to comic panel layout & more!
Each student will create a complete comic.
Feb. 1st - KEEPSAKE BOXES
Build & personalize your own wooden memory box.
Learn to decoupage using decorative collage papers,
embellish with 3D elements including metal, jewels, ribbon & more.
Feel free to bring your own photos or decorative items to add to your box!
Mar. 1st - EXPRESSIVE ILLUSTRATION
Discover a secret world through a keyhole! Learn
expressive art techniques that illustrate ideas about
ourselves. Explore your personality as we try
illustration techniques & create original artwork
to express all that makes you, YOU!
