Create with Pastels

This drawing course is for all levels of pastelists, including beginners. We’ll focus on the advantages that pastels give us- bold, strong colors that can be used in numerous ways on a variety of surfaces. Topics covered will include: application methods, underpainting techniques, surfaces, different pastel brands, and of course attention to the basics of composition, value structure and color selection. There will be some demonstrations, and always individual help at the easel and constructive critiques.
