Berkshire Ferments invites you to the 5th Annual Berkshire Fermentation Festival on Sunday, Sept. 22nd from 10-5pm at *New Location* Ski Butternut in Great Barrington!
The Berkshire Fermentation Festival is a free, family-friendly, day long celebration of the diversity of all things fermented and crafted. Each year there is an array of local cultured vendors sampling and selling their products along with presentations, demos, a culture swap, science corner, book signings, children's activities, raffle, live music and more...
Berkshire Ferments is a collective of fermentation enthusiasts dedicated to preserving ancient traditions and building a resilient culture. Our aim is to inspire our communities by educating and celebrating the broad world of fermentation by organizing potlucks, workshops and the Annual Berkshire Fermentation Festival.
