FUEL, daughter of the Great Barrington Coffee Roasting Company and located on bustling Main Street provides patrons with inventive espresso drinks, baked goods, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Founded by Heather Austin. Heather not only brought the first espresso/ capuccino emporium to Great Barrington, but was also responsible for the town’s great sushi invasion. When Heather had enough of the food and drink business she passed the coffee shop on to Robin and Will Curletti.

They provide Great Barrington with creative coffee – a place where doctors and waitresses, mechanics and social workers come together to share coffee and tea and pastry and continuing conversations about matters large and small. Town politics, relationship advice, and international affairs are spoken here at all hours.
