They are proud to work with local farms and purveyors, while in season we source as much produce from Berkshire and Columbia County farms as possible along with meats from Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire and fish straight from the boat in Boston harbor. All of our meats are antibiotic and added hormone free. They pride themselves on grinding, curing, brining and smoking in house.
