Sledding In the Berkshires
Looking for an outdoor activity that the whole family will love? Sledding and tubing in the Berkshires is no small matter. From a hillside at the neighborhood park to our local ski areas, we'll help you find your ride!
There are no shortages of hillsides when it comes to sledding in the Berkshires; whether it’s your backyard or a well known park, you can be sure to find the right slope for you! Neighborhood run rope tows and man-made jumps are just a small list of the amenities offered to you. Popular hills include Clapp Park, known for it’s crazy mid-hill launches, or Osceola Park, which offers it’s famous rope tow for the kids (and parents) whose legs tire from trenching up after a rapid ride down. If you’re interested in something a little more organized, head over to Bousquet where you can take a laugh-all-the-way-down ride on their 450’ long trail. Don’t be afraid to try more than one spot though, experiencing more is what The Berkshires is all about!
