Six Depot Roastery & Cafe
6 Depot Street, Town of West Stockbridge, Massachusetts 01266No. Six Depot is a small batch coffee roastery located in the oldest train station in the Berkshires. If the bright and airy atmosphere and tasty farm-to-table cuisine isn't reason enough to pay a visit, you'll surely be drawn in by the quality of their coffee. The attention to detail can best be described by an excerpt from their "About Our Coffee" statement.
We roast by hand, not by computer profile. Each bean and each crop is different, so we treat each batch as if cooking a meal -- using eye, ear, nose, experience and some creative experimentation. Our goal is to bring out the unique regional qualities in each bean
The passion that they put into sourcing, processing and roasting their coffee is reflected throughout all other aspects of the business. A carefully curated sampling of goodies adorns the counter near a case of fresh baked items; a perfect visual presentation to tempt their patrons. Most importantly, No. Six Depot tops our list for friendliest service and happiest baristas. Your cup of coffee will be delivered with a smile and full description of the beverage in hand- ensuring you're receiving exactly what you've ordered.
Insider Tip: Six depot offers an array of dairy free alternatives for your morning latte. We highly recommend testing out their rich and decadent iced mocha with oat milk- so good you'll crave it even in the dead of winter!
