Bartlett's Apple Orchard
575 Swamp Road, Richmond, Massachusetts 012542023 Season update: Due to a severe freeze in mid-May bartletts will not be able to open Pick your own for the 2023 season.
Why we love Bartlett's: A family owned and operated orchard located in bucolic Richmond ma. They offer an abundance of products in their farm store including freshly made cider donuts (drool), cinnamon buns, hot cider, coffee and more!
About Bartlett's: Four Generations of the Bartlett family have been growing, packing and shipping apples for 70 years. Bartlett's fine trees produce an average crop of 20,000 bushels of apples every year on 52 acres of choice apple growing land on Lenox Mountain in rural Massachusetts. The farm store, open year round, sells apple cider, cider donuts (must try!), baked goods and much more.

Hilltop Orchards
508 Canaan Road / Route 295, Richmond, Massachusetts 012542023 Season Update: You may make an advanced reservation for pick your own. Pick your own is available from 9am-4pm and lasts 1.5 hours per reservation.
Why we love Hilltop: Hilltop Orchards was voted one of the top 5 places for pick-your-own apples in MA! Their secluded location, you guessed it, on top of a hill, offers beautiful views of the Berkshire hills and many "snap-worthy" moments. Wine tastings are also available, as Hilltop is home to the Furnace Brook Winery. On weekends lounge out on their adirondak chairs, sipping cider and tasting the most delectable freshly made hot cider donuts while listening to live music- one of our favorite ways to pass a fall day!

Jaeschke’s Orchard
23 Gould Road, Adams, Massachusetts 01220Why we love Jaeschke's Orchard: This third-generation family-owned farm has been growing apples at the base of Mt. Greylock since 1881. Jaeschke’s (pronounced yes-keys) Orchard produces some of the finest apples in the region. Relax at a picnic table and enjoy the beautiful orchard, the mountain view, and offerings from the farmstore. Their products range from pumpkins and plants to jams and pies, but don't forget their sweet apple cider and fresh cider donuts!
About Jaeschke’s Orchard:
- They have many standard old-time apple trees and select varieties which can only be grown at this elevation. The superior growing conditions and cool rain water from the mountain make for high-quality, exceptionally flavorful fruit.
- Visit the orchard from May until December.
- In the spring they have bedding plants, annuals, perennials, flower and vegetable starts.
- From May into June come watch the beautiful fruit trees bloom.
- Take in the dramatic fall orchard foliage until Christmas and taste the delicious cider donuts and sweet cider.
- Their farmstore offers pies, jams and jellies baked in our own certified kitchen, maple syrup, cheese, bread and other local farm-produced goods.

Lakeview Orchard
94 Old Cheshire Road, Lanesborough, Massachusetts 01237Why we love Lakeview Orchard: The orchard overlooks Hoosac Lake and offers a panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. Beyond apple picking they have an amazing assortment of farm store goods, including specialties like pierogi, golumpki, kapusta, baked beans and gnocchi... not your typical American farm fare! Their amazing variety of pick your own apples as well as other produce makes this a must stop during your time in the Berkshires!
About Lakeview Orchard:
- Lakeview takes pride in their orchard, cider house and farm stand bakery/kitchen. They provide fresh berries, tree fruits, and a variety of seasonal vegetables as soon as they are ripe and ready to eat! They press their apple cider during apple season and the farm stand, bakery, and kitchen items are available daily.
- Their bakery/kitchen is well known for delicious old fashioned cider donuts, scrumptious homemade whoopie pies, fruit scones, custard puffs, turnover, fruit pies, apple squares, peach squares and more. Also available is their homemade chocolate fudge, maple fudge, and buckeyes.
- Homemade pierogi and golumpki are available daily and homemade kapusta is available on Friday & Saturday.
- The farm stand is presently stocked with a variety of homemade jams, jellies, relishes, local maple syrup and our pure raw honey.
- Offering “pick your own” (PYO) sweet & tart cherries, red & black raspberries, Italian plums, shiro plums, red currants, blueberries, Asian pears and 23 varieties of apples.

Riiska Brook Orchard
101 New Hartford Rd, Sandisfield, Massachusetts 01255Why we love Riiska Brook Orchard: They are quietly tucked away on a pretty, secluded spot in the southern Berkshire Hills with over 2,700 semi-dwarf apple trees loaded with apples and ten varieties to choose from. A very family friendly and customer oriented orchard, they allow visitors to taste the varieties before making a selection.
About Riiska Brooke Orchard: Orchard and Apple Shack offering apples, pumpkins, maple syrup, squash, apple cider doughnuts and unpasteurized, fresh-squeezed cider.
NOTE TO GPS USERS: If you're using a GPS device, please do not take Silverbrook /Fox Road as it is a very bumpy, dirt road that is not fit for some vehicles. Follow Route 57 until you reach New Hartford Road.

About Windy Hill Farm: Since establishing our farm in 1980, we’ve offered superb crops of a diverse range of apples annually. Our season began late August with our tart, crunchy Paulared and Ginger Gold varieties. We typically have over 25 varieties to follow, including several heirlooms as well as our own fresh-pressed, all-natural unpasteurized sweet cider blend.
