Each powerful ladder flow begins with a series of strong poses, then adds more creative movements and transitions to the sequence to test our limits. You’ll build heat through continuous movement adding on with new poses working towards a complete flow. This is the sweaty, muscle building practice you’ve been looking for — prepare to get your heart rate up, feel strong in your body, work your alignment and drop into the flow.
About the Instructor
Victoria Fiorini: (Yoga) Victoria, aka Tori has practiced yoga since high school. She grew up in the Berkshires, left, and came back home. She completed her 200hr training in March of 2018 with Gillian Gorman and Kat Whitney learning an alignment based Vinyasa style of yoga that is most simply described as safe, fun and effective. She’s constantly making new playlists for her classes and strives to sharpen the tools each student has within themselves to help live a low stress life in tune with their authentic selves. Continuing her yoga education she has completed the Yoga For First Responders training and hopes to bring the benefits to yoga to this population. When she’s not practicing yoga she’s outside enjoying the mountains, woods and lakes or making lost-cast silver and bronze rings.
