Through this class, you will explore the everyday miracle of movement through Reconnection, Rhythm, and Repatterning. In early life, babies and children spend hours each day exploring movement, often through patterns such as breath, core-distal, head-tail, body half, upper lower, and cross lateral. By reconnecting with the simplicity of these movements as adults, we can more fully appreciate what’s possible in our moving lives now! Creating learning dances through rhythms and repatterning will also be part of our experience.
All abilities are welcome and encouraged!
