About the Instructor:
Niki Fletcher: (Yoga) Niki has been a student of yoga since 2005, has been teaching since 2013 and has been a certified practicing Yoga Therapist since 2016. For Niki yoga was introduced as a way to help heal from a broken pelvic bone. She has experienced the multitude of ways that yoga can heal, helping her through severe anxiety over the years. Eventually she found the school of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy where she has had the opportunity to become more authentic and hone her skills in helping people heal through yoga. She is working towards International Accreditation as a Yoga Therapist. Niki uses yoga as a means to help others reconnect with their inner wisdom to empower and find harmony in life on and off the mat. Her classes are designed to find balance all while encouraging the practitioner to listen to their body and move with their breath in order to find a truly self-supportive practice. There is opportunity to challenge yourself as well as time to allow space for what you really need in class and in life. All of Nikis classes are interwoven with elements of Yoga Therapy. Niki also offers private Yoga Therapy sessions along with therapeutic groups in the Phoenix Rising method. When she is not in the studio Niki loves to explore the great outdoors with her pup Iona. She also loves to grow food and spend time with her family.
