This Gentle to Moderate paced flowing class explores the balance between effort and ease. It will build on the ease and fluidity of the Gentle Flow Yoga class while introducing some intermediate postures and transitions in a safe and comfortable way. There will be options and modifications available for all levels, allowing you to build on your strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. This class is ideal for those with an existing yoga practice or those who have previously attended a Gentle or Beginner Class and would like to start exploring and learning intermediate options. Newcomers who feel fit and strong or want a little more of a challenge than a Gentle or Beginner class are also welcome!
