In this class, you will practice simple routines of sensing stillness and movement through both collective & individual rhythms. It may welcome sounding, singing, and surely, surprise! Imagine creating a unique collective movement collage each week, inspired by your and others’ combined creative flow! Support & respect for self and others form foundations for this improvisation. Some space for reflective sketching/journaling will be part. All are encouraged to bring a journal/sketchbook.
