The Best Christmas Pageant Ever

Berkshire Community College"The Best Christmas Pageant Ever", by Barbara Robinson, tells the story of The Herdmans, six delinquent children dubbed "The Worst Kids in the History of the World" Smoking, cussing, drinking jug wine, and shoplifting, The Herdmans, go to church for the first time after being told that the Sunday School offers free donuts. Despite protests from other church members, they are given roles in the Church's annual Christmas play. The Herdmans meet Christmas head on and tell the Nativity story in a fresh, unconventional but somehow even more meaningful fashion.
This production is being directed by John Monteverde. All performances in The Robert Boland Theatre at Berkshire Community College.
