David Grover spent many years as Arlo Guthrie's lead guitar and band leader playing for adults, but it wasn’t until he had a daughter that he found his true calling: playing for children and families.
David has performed at the White House, opened the The Goodwill Games, appeared on The Today Show and performed with the Detroit Symphony for their Youth Series. He has recently played for the delegates of the United Nations, who gleefully did the hand motions of Grover’s song “Turn the World Around” at the kickoff of International Year of Clean Water.
In additional to his incredible talent, he is also an extraordinary human being. The numbers of variously challenged kids and their families who count themselves among the Grover Groupies are also his friends and serve as testament to his ongoing commitment to making quality music accessible to all children.
